Positioning for Support and Comfort

  • Identify the optimal torso placement – high on the sternum or lower on the abdomen. Determine most suitable shoulder orientation – should strap comes standardized to left shoulder, switch orientation if needed using a flathead screwdriver (not included).

One-time Band Sizing

  • Insert non-tapered end of band through right-hand Chestplate post and secure to desired size using velcro.
  • Fit Chestplate snugly around desired waist point and secure tapered end of band through left-hand Chestplate post using velcro.

Shoulder Strap Setting

  • Attach the back clamp of the shoulder strap to the yellow tabs along the back of the band. If the strap digs into the neck, move the clamp to the left.
  • If the strap falls off the should, move the clamp to the right. Buckle and tighten the should strap from the front for a snug, comfortable fit.

Arm Engagement

  • Select arm of choice and slide up into coupling so all four edges fit securely into the Chestplate.
  • To remove, press the button lock and slide the arm down to disengage from the Chestplate.

Arm Locking

  • Engage levered arm lock by hyper-extending the arm upwards and moving the lever into its secure position.
  • To disengage lock, pull lock free from Chestplate and fold to secure to magnetic home on arm.
  • Users have the control to engage and disengage lock mechanism as necessary while using the tools dynamically – it is essential to be comfortable with the ease and utility of the lock to know when to deploy.
